　　据悉，目前国内已经有三分之一以上虚拟运营商用户数超过百万规模。这其中，排名首位的仍为蜗牛移动，其用户规模超过1000万，同时也是国内唯一一家用户数破千万的虚拟运营商。蜗牛移动之后，迪信通与远特通信紧随其后，此三甲用户总和也占据了国内用户总规模的半壁江山。 </div>

        　　另外，用户数超过百万的还有爱施德、天音移动、分享通信、话机世界、海航通信、乐语通信、国美极信、朗玛移动、中兴视通、小米移动、长城移动、中麦通信、星美通信。以上，需要特别指出的企业有两家，分别为中麦通信与星美通信，两家企业在最近一年内用户数均呈现飞速增长之势，在整体移动转售行业大环境不甚理想的前提下，能做到如此局面，实属不易。</p>

        　　而在用户规模低于百万的<A href="http://www.iccsz.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e8%99%9a%e6%8b%9f%e8%bf%90%e8%90%a5%e5%95%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">虚拟运营商</a>企业当中，蓝猫移动、民生通讯、三五智联三家企业发展势头迅猛，尽管放号时间远远晚于绝大多数<A href="http://www.iccsz.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e8%99%9a%e6%8b%9f%e8%bf%90%e8%90%a5%e5%95%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">虚拟运营商</a>，但以上三家企业经过短短数月耕耘，用户数均达到了数十万量级，发展前景亦被一致看好。</p>

        　　从以上数据可以看出，国内<A href="http://www.iccsz.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e8%99%9a%e6%8b%9f%e8%bf%90%e8%90%a5%e5%95%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">虚拟运营商</a>发展首个1000用户耗时近16个月，发展第二个1000万用户仅耗时5个月，发展第三个1000万用户同样耗时5个月，发展第四个1000万再次耗时5个月，发展第五个1000万耗时7个月。</p>

        　　从以上时间维度来看，早期的一年半时间，<A href="http://www.iccsz.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e8%99%9a%e6%8b%9f%e8%bf%90%e8%90%a5%e5%95%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">虚拟运营商</a>尚处在摸索、观望阶段，用户数缓慢增长。而到了2015年下半年，出于彼时对正式牌照的争取，绝大多数企业开通了业务并大量放号，<A href="http://www.iccsz.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e8%99%9a%e6%8b%9f%e8%bf%90%e8%90%a5%e5%95%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">虚拟运营商</a>也迎来了短暂、难得、野蛮、混乱的快速发展期，不仅群雄逐鹿电信市场，而且推出的产品深受消费者欢迎，最为经典的便为流量不清零。</p>

        　　而后，<A href="http://www.iccsz.com/site/CN/Search.aspx?page=1&keywords=%e8%99%9a%e6%8b%9f%e8%bf%90%e8%90%a5%e5%95%86&column_id=ALL&station=%E5%85%A8%E9%83%A8" target="_blank">虚拟运营商</a>相继陷入实名制、退出机制两大风波之中，由此也直接导致了其发展第五个1000万用户耗时增长。不过，塞翁失马，焉知非福，在新兴的移动转售行业，一定程度上的波动、曲折、整顿、停滞亦是其走向成熟的必经之路。看似一波三折，其实距离修成正果早已指日可待。</p>
